Just being against the AfD is not enough! Slogans are not solutionsLast Friday, September 26, 2025, the AfD invited people to a rally in Naumburg. Around 500 people followed this invitation. In addition, about 250 people showed up on the other side of the Old Market to demonstrate against the AfD rally. Some YouTubers were also on site and documented the event via livestream. Among them was Beobachter Live from Berlin, who positioned themselves right between the AfD rally and the counter-demonstration. While they had the bad luck of missing the speeches on the AfD stage, they had the good fortune of being able to engage in conversations with the anti-AfD demonstrators – which, however, was not quite so easy with the self-proclaimed guardians of the “firewall.”
