Second Hands-On Craftsmanship Action Day on June 5, 2025 at Naumburg MarketplaceOn June 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the Naumburg marketplace will once again transform into an interactive world of craftsmanship. The goal is to inspire young people to pursue a career in craftsmanship and to promote direct interaction between craft businesses and potential apprentices or skilled workers. From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, daycare centers and primary schools will have the chance to gain playful first insights into various trades. The official opening takes place at 10:30 AM – featuring an entertaining nail-driving contest and distinguished guests of honor, including District Administrator Götz Ulrich and Eva Feußner, Minister of Education of the State of Saxony-Anhalt. After that, the action day will be open to all types of schools, job seekers, career changers, and other interested individuals. A special highlight is the "Craftsman’s License," where children and teenagers can complete practical tasks at various stations and playfully learn about different professions. The event is organized by the Economic Development Office of the City of Naumburg (Saale), the Chamber of Crafts Halle (Saale), the Burgenland District together with SEWIG Burgenlandkreis mbH, the Youth Employment Agency of Burgenlandkreis, the regional coordination of the “REGIO AKTIV” projects in Burgenlandkreis, and the *Naumburger Tageblatt* newspaper.
