Pureed organic vegetables, bought Montessori toys, strictly regulated screen time, and turned off the Wi-Fi at night to protect your children's delicate brain development. Instead, there were trips to the forest, mindfulness training, and the sacred piano lesson ritual. You thought you were raising empathetic, healthy, and socially capable young people? Congratulations. You’ve failed miserably. Because what the world needs now are not empathetic world-changers – it needs controller virtuosos with tunnel vision. Welcome to the new normal: war-readiness as an educational goal. No longer the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” but “How efficiently can you control a drone?” is now at the top of every parental education mandate. In the centers of power, the beat of war rhetoric echoes. Europe is arming up, Germany especially, because the evil Russian is basically already standing with his bare chest at the garden fence, just waiting for the right moment to strike. Ukraine must continue to be “defended” at all costs – whatever the price, even if it’s the next generation that has to pay. And anyone who thinks this is just panic-mongering probably hasn’t grasped the fine-tuning of modern warfare. For behold: Modern war doesn’t need muscle-packed superheroes, but gamers. Not soldiers with muscles, but nerds with fast thumbs. Those who spent their childhoods sinking into the couch, with chip crumbs on their shirts and the Xbox controller firmly in hand, are now the epitome of the Army 4.0. The chubby kids who always had an excuse why sports “just didn’t work today” are the new elite fighters – from a safe distance, of course. Thanks to drone warfare and virtual reality, they can eliminate the “enemy” with stoic precision without even getting a drop of rain on them. And your fit, fresh, fully nourished children? The ones who were never allowed to look at a screen for more than half an hour? They’re the poor devils who will be sent to the trenches, with their well-developed calves. Those who can jog can also sprint. And those who can sprint can die faster in a real emergency. Thanks, Mom. Thanks, Dad. For nothing. It's Not Too Late!But hey – it's not too late! The market will sort everything out, as always. Buy your children a console right away! Two, if possible! Let them play Call of Duty & Co. until their eyes bleed. Give them energy drinks, chips, and other sugary soft drinks. Turn them into what you never wanted: effective, overweight war machines with a digital affinity.Because one thing is clear: The next wars will be fought up close by the fit, well-trained ones who have always eaten healthily. Those who can operate the controller will have the clear advantage and won’t be burned out at the front. So, happy gaming – for peace, of course.
