Lost Property Auction at the Farmer's Market - E-Bike Available for Purchase

The next lost property auction will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, as part of the traditional Farmer's Market.

The auction will begin at 10:00 AM at Jüdenstraße 3 (in front of the former fish hall) in Weißenfels. Bicycles of various sizes, colors, and conditions, as well as tools, will be offered. Various small items will also be available. A special highlight is an E-Bike. Additionally, the starting bid for many items is under five euros.

The items available for auction can be viewed on-site starting at 9:30 AM on the day of the event. Bidders should make use of this time, as the items will be sold as seen. The used items may have defects, but no complaints will be accepted once the bid is awarded.

Only lost property that could not be assigned to an owner or whose owner has not come forward will be auctioned. The items for auction have been kept in the lost and found office of the city of Weißenfels for at least six months.

The winning bidder will receive the item immediately after the bid is awarded and payment is made. Therefore, it is important to bring enough cash on the day, as credit or debit cards will not be accepted.

For questions regarding the auction, please contact the City’s Lost Property Office at Große Burgstraße 1, Weißenfels, or call 03443/370-424 or 03443/370-326.
